Andara Crystals Preparing for Higher Frequencies

Greetings Friends,
Some of you may have noticed changes happening with your andaras recently - if not, you will soon!  The changes I am noticing are new lines and swirls developing on the outside and also cloudiness developing on the inside and/or right around where these new lines are forming.  Some of the lines that were already present are taking on the same characteristics as the ones that are newly formed in that they appear to be shinier/brighter than the rest of the outside of the andara. 
I have a few photos to illustrate what I am talking about here specifically.  

And the pictures could continue!  This is not just one or two andaras that are going through this process here currently.  
The andaras are gearing up for the Higher frequencies that are coming into Gaia's grid system and if these physical changes the andaras are currently undergoing is any indication of these frequencies, you can be sure they will be REALLY STRONG AND POWERFUL!  
So what are some things you can do to support the andaras through this change?  Well the first thing is listen to them!  Personally, many here are looking to be placed in water and sunlight.  Some are also requesting to be rubbed or bathed in some essential oils.  Others are asking to be placed on the ground and/or around trees and plants.  As always, just follow your gut and do what feels best.  
Also, please remember to support yourself during this time and take care of you as many of us are being prepared physically as well.  You may require more rest these days too.
